Phase 2
I had so much fun today with the new workout and Ab Ripper X was so much fun cause I could do even more this time :D
goodbye week 4 of P90x
ah this makes me so happy! Tomorrow I get to star phase 2 but I dont have the first exercise which is Chest, shoulders triceps so I will have to look for it
Only 2 more days of recovery week then I am on to phase 2 of P90x! Just finished Core synerkaljsjdkfa and it was a great workout except for some that I couldnt do BUT in time I will be stronger and I will do it.
So I keep looking at my P90x schedule and I know week 4 is coming and I just dread it but I look at peoples blogs about it and they talk about how after week 4 is when you actually see results big time so that is my motivation right there to keep on going.

Only one more day of week 3 then I have to do the next week and its new exercises which im not excited about because you have to do yoga twice and thats just plain hard but I will do it.
I am proud of myself!
SO I am in week 3 and I just completed chest and back, Ab Ripper X and I am so proud of myself because I couldnt do ab ripper before I would just give up but I was like WOMAN you are gonna complete this! and I did it FO SHO ahh I feel great..now its time to eat some good old healthy chicken :D
Week 2 is now complete!
Ah just finished Kenpo X and I feel great! Im cooking up some vegetable stir fry with no soy sauce or butter just sautad, however you spell it, in olive oil and garlic on rice
Day 11 is complete.
Just finished shoulders and arms, and yes I know I should have done that yesterday but I thought yoga was yesterday sooo yep. I am excited because I have lost a good 7 pounds so far in 11 days :D I can see it in my face and my back and that just makes me so happy!
